Mont-Saint-Michel

Normandy. On an island, Mont-Saint-Michel. Recognised as a ‘World Heritage Site’ by UNESCO, this prestigious edifice welcomes nearly 3.5 million visitors every year, whether Pellerin or ordinary tourists.

The parish church, a small building dating from the 15th and 16th centuries, is dedicated to Saint-Pierre, patron saint of fishermen. Finally, after your ascent, a visit to the Benedictine abbey awaits you. After admiring the abbey, you can contemplate the incomparable beauty of the bay by going down the ramparts path, or by choosing the covered path, lined with small gardens, to which you will also have access via the Fanils porch.

Then follow in the footsteps of Catherine de Médicis as you pass through the Château d'Auvers-sur-Oise, which today houses some of the greatest works of this period. 
Continue on to the Daubigny studio, whose interior walls were decorated by occupants such as Oudinot. 
Finish with the museum of Absinthe, the life of artists and their views of 19th-century society.
